RIP Gunther!

The 7th Friend, Gunther always had the least but funniest dialogs on F.R.I.E.N.D.S, which made us fall in love with the character, regardless of his stubborn behavior. In my personal opinion, there will be no one else who would play "Gunther" better than the late James Michael Tyler on the F.R.I.E.N.D.S Tv show. His silent reactions in most episodes gave us loud laughs. In memory of the late James Michael Tyler, here are 7 of "Gunther's" funniest quotes.

1. "Yes, that's what I drive. I make 4 bucks an hour. I saved up for 350 years."
Joey finds a Porche key at the coffee house, and he asks if it's Gunthers. Isn't that the perfect sarcastic reply?!

2. "I thought you were Chandler."
Even though Gunther was forced to see all 6 "Friends" all the time at the coffee house, this shows Gunther showed attention to only Rachel. He thought Joey was Chandler until Season 4. Yet, still, he didn't seem to care and replied with "One of you is over there", which made it funnier.

3. "Ezel"
Ross started learning Dutch to get Rachel an apartment belonging to a Dutch woman. When Ross knew Gunther knew Dutch better and told "we're done" after Gunther spoke fluently, Gunther said "Ezel" and walked away. This made Ross furious looking for it in the dictionary, which also made the audience furious and Googles/Look for it. It was funnier to find out Ezel means Donkey in Dutch.

4. "I dropped a Cup"
When Gunther was thinking of ways to ask out Rachel (loudly in the show), someone else asks her out. This made him storm away to the kitchen and start smashing things loud, everyone at Central Perk heard and was shocked. He returns back to everyone staring at him when he said in a turned down voice, "I dropped a Cup", which was obvious that it was clearly not just a cup.

5. "Is this some kind of snake or something?"
Rachel couldn't sell her Cat she bought for $1000, nobody wanted to take it. As Joey said, "It's not a cat" because it wasn't fluffy as a regular cat, it was a Sphynx who started hissing and scratching. But she finally sold to a $500 profit to nonother than Gunther, which was clearly in the hope that Rachel would visit him to see the cat. However, Gunther didn't even know what type of animal it was. He asked the guys "Is this some kind of snake or something?" which was hilarious. This also made us feel bad for Gunther for having that much love for Rachel, yet he couldn't express it clearly.

6. "Put The Mouse Back In The House"
This was one of the most hilarious parts of the show. Phoebe's new boyfriend Robert wore loose-fitting which kept his private areas often on display. She was uncomfortable telling him and neither could the rest of the Friends. Gunther on the other hand, while serving coffee simply said "This is a family place. Put the mouse back in the house." The moment was hysterical.

7. "Oh dark mother, once again I suckle at your smoky teet."
Gunther was full of surprises. Gunther told Chandler he could finish his smoke inside the coffee house only if Chandler gave him a drag. That drag was clearly a special deal to him which made him say "Oh dark mother, once again I suckle at your smoky teet.". Seems like he hasn't used smoke for quite a long time.
