We see so many articles on how to reduce depression by eating healthy and sleeping regularly. But what if we are unable to do that and we are depressed just because we can’t healthy or sleep regularly because of our busy schedule?

So I researched this for you, to let you know these are the most accepted depression treatments ANYONE can do anytime:

    1. Meditate/Pray

Take 5 minutes of your busy depressed schedule to collect your thoughts and focus on yourself. Many studies have analyzed meditation effectively assists in reducing anxiety and depression. Take deep breaths in and out, your lungs need new air.

Praying will give you positive feelings of gratitude, compassion, forgiveness, and hope, which will bring healing and wellness.

    2. Proven quick exercises

If you are unable to or too depressed to do wear workout outfits and do exercises, there are plenty of few minute exercises to release the tension you have put into your shoulders, head, eyes, hands, etc. These are a few you can try,

  • Release your shoulders, feel the relaxation.

  • Hold your head from your palm for a few seconds. Let your head at ease on your hand

  • Relax your eyes, watch somewhere far away, do blink practices (take 1 minute and keep blinking non-stop, this will make you blink when you are completely focusing and staring at something).

  • Hold your hands down and shake them. Let all your stress and depression flow out

  • Massage the area between your eyebrows (the Glabella).

    3. Sunlight

Feelings of depression tend to keep packed in your living space unless you open your windows and let some light in. Or go outside and appreciate how bright the world is while the sun is shining. Then give a smile to yourself and think, not long, everything’s gonna make sense.

   4. Water

Keep hydrating yourself. This point doesn’t need any reasoning.

    5. Music

Listen to some music you heard back when you were genuinely happy. Avoid music that will bring back bad memories.
